The Financial Aid Process

01. Apply for Aid

Follow the simple process of making your case in writing explaining to us on what grounds should a scholarship be provided

02. Further considerations

Social engagement should orient students’ academic experiences to help them become critically engaged citizens, dedicated to solving problems.

Types of Aid

Scholarships

The Estudiar awards scholarships based on academic merit and resonance with our mission, and third-party scholarships provide another way to fund your education.

Grants

Your FAFSA will determine what grants you qualify for—both from The Villa Rica University and from federal and state government. Grants are need-based and do not need to be repaid.

Loans

Many students have used federal and private loans to fund a quality education that would otherwise be out of reach. Students far outpace the national loan repayment rate.
